Synopsis :
Despite medical forecasts, Joseph Kibler, a disabled HIV+ 21-year old took his first steps with a cane at the age of 18. Walk On documents Joseph training for an AIDS walk while educating others about HIV and disabilities with the help of a Quadriplegic, an Amputee, and a disabled Veteran.
